What services do you offer?
We offer both Full Service Events Technology as well as Equipment Rental, Delivery, Set Up & Break Down in Berlin und Brandenburg.
What equipment do you have on offer?
We have more than 400 pieces of equipment in stock. If there is a need for more, we work with other trusted technology and equipment suppliers. You can find a selection of our equipment on our equipment list, which can give you an overview of what we have in stock.
Do you also set up the equipment?
Yes, we do that for both the Full Service Events Technology as well as Equipment Rental, Delivery, Set Up & Break Down. We always set it up and break it down.
What equipment do I need for my event?
That depends on a variety of factors, which can include the size of the event, the location and number of guests. Use the contact form for your request. You can upload photos or drawings of the location there. They help us give you a precise answer to this question.
Do you also manage the event on site?
Yes. If you book our Full Service Events Technology, then we also manage the event on site.
What does Full Service Events Technology include?
From the planning, delivery, set up, running the equipment onsite, to break down and taking it all away – you get all-around technical support with our Full Service Package.
Do you also deliver the equipment?
Yes, our Full Service Package includes the delivery of all the equipment and technology as well as the set up, break down and taking it away. As an alternative, you can just rent the equipment from us, which we then deliver and set up.
Do you also handle arrangements with musicians, artists and other performers or crews?
Whether content creators, artists’ agencies, show acts, catering services, best people for weddings or wedding planners – we are happy to communicate with everyone participating in an event and clarify each individual’s equipment and technical needs and requirements.
How much does the equipment rental cost?
The price depends on the type of equipment, the distances involved, the location, the days of use and the amount of rented materials. You can find a selection of our equipment and technology on the equipment list. This provides you an overview of what we have available for rental.
Can I set up and break down the equipment myself?
No, we take care of that for safety reasons. The set up and break down is included in all of our services. When you book the Equipment Rental, Delivery and Set Up & Breakdown service, you do receive a technical briefing from us. Managing the equipment for the event onsite is completely included in our Full Service Package.
Can I also connect my cellphone to the equipment?
Yes, when we deliver the equipment you get a technical briefing about how you can connect your cellphone to it. We’re also happy to provide an adapter depending on the model cellphone you have.
Can I control the lights and the music myself?
Yes, when we deliver the equipment you get a technical briefing. We’re also happy to put small markings on the lighting or mixing consoles to activate preset lighting moods and sound settings. This allows you to control the lighting and music yourself.
