Quantum Galerie on Kurfürstendamm into a nighttime wonderland of K-beauty. Under the motto “Beauty After Dark,” a curated night market was created that focused on curiosity, bold forms of expression, and the joy of discovery. Five selected Korean beauty brands presented themselves in individually designed market stalls and invited around 300 guests to experience products, try out new things, and engage in conversation with each other. The setting was based on a Korean night flea market – urban, playful, and atmospheric. We took responsibility for the technical implementation of sound, lighting, and video and precisely executed Aboutkokomo’s creative concept. Special attention was paid to the staging of the space. Stacked monitors as visual highlights, lighting in the form of street lamps, and the targeted illumination of the market stalls created depth, orientation, and a harmonious night market atmosphere. A project in which technology became the connecting element between brand, space, and experience.

To mark the release of his new album, Betterov and Universal Music Germany invited guests to a special showcase at the East Side Gallery – right on the Spree, opposite the Uber Arena and on the grounds of Pizzeria Zola. Betterov, one of the most exciting German-speaking artists of recent years, recounts his father’s escape from the GDR in his album. It was precisely this background that made November 9, 2025 (the day the Berlin Wall fell) such an impressive and emotional date for this event. Image installations projected onto the wall showed historical motifs and personal photographs documenting his father’s escape route at the time. The showcase combined concert, remembrance culture, and personal history – a moment between music, contemporary witness, and artistic staging. Around 250 fans and 80 invited guests were in attendance. phonux events provided full event technology services – including lighting, stage, sound, and video. We ensured that the atmosphere, storytelling, and music could seamlessly intertwine and that the evening had the emotional depth it deserved.

Elegance, music, and staging came together in the legendary Spiegelsaal (Hall of Mirrors) at Clärchens Ballhaus: Dolce & Gabbana x GQ Germany celebrated the launch of the new men’s fragrance Devotion for Men together with Condé Nast. Amid crystal glasses, candlelight, and espresso martinis, fashion, music, and fragrance merged into a night full of energy and sensitivity. The Elevator Boys performed an exclusive live set, and Alyssa & Gia provided a DJ set. phonux events was responsible for the sound, lighting, and projection technology on behalf of Condé Nast. With precise coordination and a keen sense of atmosphere, we transformed the Spiegelsaal into a stage for an event that combined luxury, style, and passion.

The Growth Phestival, a unique tech conference, took place at Berlin’s Osthafen. More than 30 international speakers from companies such as Spotify, TikTok, and Mozilla debated the latest trends in growth marketing, app store optimization, user acquisition, and customer retention on three stages. The program was complemented by panel talks, a gaming area, networking sessions, and an after-show with a DJ in the open-air area by the water. Around 300 guests took advantage of the opportunity to network and be inspired.

We were on site with our full service for all three stages – providing sound, lighting, video, and stage construction. In addition to a set-up day, we supervised the entire conference and ensured that every presentation, talk, and panel discussion could be implemented optimally. A powerful project, characterized by a good collaboration with the Osthafen team and the mobile growth consultancy & agency Phiture.

On September 19, 2025, Nina Chuba’s new album was released – followed by a major highlight for fans just one day later: YouTube celebrated its 20th anniversary with an exclusive meet & greet with Nina at the Glashaus in Arena Berlin. Fans had the opportunity to meet Nina in person, take photos, and chat with her briefly. There were also exclusive fan bundles and a special backdrop: The album cover was recreated as an installation and served as a selfie spot. On behalf of GET – Gehrke Event- und Tourmanagement – we were responsible for full service sound, lighting, and video. With a flexible setup that adapted to the on-site setting, we transformed the empty hall into an atmospheric event location. It was a terrific project that showed how technology can create atmosphere.

As part of Berlin Fashion Week, The Feuerle Collection became the stage for a special fashion show: Ukrainian designer Viktor Anisimov presented 36 all-black looks – inspired by his work for the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. The collection stands for resilience, change and the reality of a country in a state of emergency.

The location was just as powerful as the designs: an underground art space, once a Nazi telecommunications bunker, now a symbolic place for transformation. 12 light columns immersed the scenery in a mystical, dark atmosphere – inspired by a music video by the band Massive Attack.

We were asked by Aboutkokomo to provide a full sound and lighting service – with precise planning, a tight time frame and a great deal of sensitivity for this unique location. Thank you for this special project.

As part of SuperReturn International 2025, J.P. Morgan hosted an exclusive after-show party at the Café am Neuen See in Berlin in early June 2025. In a relaxed atmosphere with flying food, drinks and a summer setting, industry professionals met to exchange ideas after an intensive day at the conference. The sound was provided with a DJ set with live vocals by Alexa Vox – and a surprise spontaneous speech by former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Tony Blair. phonux events took over the full service in the areas of sound and lighting technology and branded the DJ booth with a J.P. Morgan visual. An all-round successful evening with a statement and a strong network.

In June 2025, Zalando hosted an exclusive event with Tommy Hilfiger in Berlin – and we were right in the middle of it. A hand-picked guest list of influencers, the Zalando team and the designer himself met on the stylish second floor of the Borchardt restaurant. The celebrated Berlin vocal ensemble A Song for You and a DJ set by Jaxx TMS provided the musical highlights. phonux events accompanied the evening with professional sound and lighting technology on behalf of Dead Hype. The special atmosphere – characterized by live music, atmosphere and encounters – made the event a real summer highlight.

Once again in 2025, SPORTFIVE invited over 500 guests to a brunch at the Café am Neuen See in Berlin as part of the DFB Cup final – a fixed event on the Cup weekend. This time, the focus was on VfB Stuttgart’s cup victory and the final match against Arminia Bielefeld. We were there for the third time with our full-service event technology and provided professional lighting and sound support for the event. In 2024, the managing directors of Bayer 04 Leverkusen and 1. FC Kaiserslautern provided exciting insights on stage – the highlight of the event was the photo wall with the original EURO 2024 trophy. In 2023, Philipp Lahm and Roman Weidenfeller, among others, were in the spotlight – with panel talks, interviews and live music. A get-together that connects people from the worlds of sport and marketing every year.

To celebrate the new Levi’s x Beyoncé Collection, the Levi’s store on Kurfürstendamm became a hotspot for style, sound and self-expression. Under the motto “Fit for an Icon”, a great community event was organized – all about style and individuality. The DJ duo NXN provided the vibe with the finest house music, while the DJ booth was stylishly clad in denim fabric. Guests were able to have cowboy-style jeans customized on site and complete their outfits with nail designs. phonux events was there to take care of all the sound and lighting technology on behalf of Aboutkokomo. An event that was as iconic as the collection itself.

For International Women’s Day 2025, the adidas Sports Base Berlin became a platform for empowerment, exchange and movement. Under the motto “Let Women Be”, the event offered a varied program with exercise classes, workshops, a panel discussion, music, dance, snacks and networking. phonux events was on site with our full service event technology – from professional sound and lighting technology to support. At the launch event for “The Deer” sneaker, Jägermeister and Flowers for Society celebrated a unique community project: fans were able to vote on colors and patterns via Discord – the final design was chosen from 400 suggestions! As part of the Jägermeister event series “Nachts im Werk”, the first sneakers were handed over to their buyers at Edelfettwerk Hamburg, accompanied by a panel talk, DJ sounds and an exclusive get-together. phonux events provided the perfect atmosphere with event lighting, sound technology, outdoor lighting, projections and a stage – an evening that will be remembered for a long time.

The Lufthansa New Year’s Concert at the Konzerthaus am Gendarmenmarkt was a festive start to the year 2025, accompanied by a classical orchestra and singing. The approximately 2,000 guests included high-ranking representatives from business and politics. phonux events was commissioned by Wild & Wiese to supply power to three temporary kitchens – a key task for the smooth running of the catering. By carefully planning the power requirements in advance, we were able to make efficient use of the tight time frame for the set-up and ensure that the flying menu and finger food could be served without a hitch. Because one thing is for sure: without electricity, the kitchen stays cold. We also used battery-powered spotlights to provide stylish ambient lighting for the accreditation in the so called Kutschergang. An impressive event in a historic location – we are proud to have been part of this special evening.

The exclusive screening of the documentary “Of A Lifetime” took place at the North Face Store on Berlin’s Kurfürstendamm. After the movie, guests were able to gain exciting insights during the Q&A with former world-class snowboarder Xavier de Le Rue. During a signing session, they received a personal autograph from the star of the night. The event was rounded off with finger food, popcorn, drinks and DJ sounds. phonux events provided all the video, sound and lighting technology on behalf of 3RConsulting. We set up the LED wall the night before. A clean look was the primary goal of the set-up. The event was great fun – the client and the guests were delighted. Fantastic!

The Center Shoxx, a free event for children and young people organized by Gangway e.V. Treptow-Köpenick, took place in the shopping center at Treptower Park. With activities such as skating, graffiti and workshops, the center became a lively venue for children and teenagers. On stage, up-and-coming bands such as Hutmacher and Myff and an exciting rap battle provided great entertainment. On behalf of all eins e. V., we provided the stage, lighting, sound and backline technology for the artists. We think it’s fantastic that there are events like this that offer kids and young people a space for creativity and community. Thank you to everyone involved for making this event possible.

In December 2023, Lorberg celebrated its 180th anniversary with two special Christmas events in an atmospherically lighted greenhouse in Kleinziethen near Berlin. At the customer and partner welcome, the management presented the company, accompanied by catering from Wild & Wiese, music from DJ Bionic and a networking get-together. At the second event, 180 employees celebrated a festive Xmas event with DJ Waikiki, a buffet and dancing. We provided the DJ equipment as well as sound, lighting and video technology and supplied the power for the catering. The plant world in the greenhouse was impressively staged with 40 to 50 spotlights.

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the first S-Bahn journey between Berlin and Bernau on August 8, 1924, an exclusive reception was held for 150 invited guests at Nordbahnhof. The event, organized on behalf of Buero Doering and Get-Team, featured a historic S-Bahn ride along the original route and a welcome speech by Berlin’s Finance Senator Stefan Evers. phonux events provided the technical support for this special occasion, contributing to an unforgettable anniversary celebration.

After the European Championship final, 300 guests partied to the beats of top international DJ Dixon at the exclusive Rohrpostbar in the Hotel Telegraphenamt. The party concept by Robert Protzmann, with a large VIP area behind the DJ, was technically implemented by phonux events. An impressive lighting design by operator Ben Dietrich, with lamps from Roxx, GLP, Cameo and Astera, as well as a powerful D&B sound system created an unforgettable club night. The event took place on behalf of Tight Entertainment.

phonux events supported the summer party of Klaus Kühn & Co Papierverarbeitung KG at its production site in Berlin-Buckow, which brought together 150 employees and customers. On behalf of Wild & Wiese Catering, we provided the sound and lighting technology as well as the power supply for the catering. In great weather, the guests enjoyed delicious food and drinks from Wild & Wiese, followed by a party.

In the run-up to the 2024 European elections, the Schwarzkopf Foundation Young Europe staged a conference with 200 Berlin school pupils. EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen (CDU) welcomed the participants with a video message. The further program included workshops and panel talks – among others with the parliamentary chairman Martin Schulz (SPD) and all Berlin top candidates of the democratic parties for the EU elections. The highlight was a courtyard party with the “Young European of the Year” award. We supported the event with our Full Service Event Technology – including sound and stage technology.

With our Full Service Event Technology, we supported a private birthday party at the famous Borchardt restaurant in Berlin-Mitte. Whether it was a welcome reception with a DJ set in the courtyard, a 3-course menu in the restaurant with musical accompaniment and animation by the band Everso or an open-ended party on the 1st floor – we were happy to take on the technical challenge of equipping three different venues in one location at the same time. Our focus was on an effective planning due to the limited space available, a well-dimensioned sound system, fast set-up times and a completely wireless equipment of the artists. What a memorable evening for all the guests!

We’ve been handling a wide variety of events for the law firm HÄRTING in the Berlin borough of Mitte with our Full Service Events Technology in the areas of sound, video and lighting. Whether a pop-up dinner, customer reception, employee events or shows – the firm’s monthly events on politics, law and culture are an integral part of Berlin’s art scene, where drag artists, singers, bands, artists and performance artists find a stage and an enthusiastic audience.

In May 2022, the Magnicity App – a VR experience that takes you on a journey of discovery through the city – was launched in the Berlin TV Tower. We supported the event with our Full Service Events Technology in the areas of lighting and sound. The target audience was B2B, with around 200 invitees – including Berlin’s mayor at the time, Franziska Giffey.

We helped with the opening of three new office floors for the law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer on Potsdamer Platz with our Full Service Events Technology in the areas of lighting and sound. We transformed the entire space into a club. There was dancing, snacks, drinks and plenty of socializing – an event for the company’s employees.

The investor group Team Global Management invited clients and business partners to the eighteenth floor of Berlin’s Beisheim Center on Potsdamer Platz. The Team Global Collection was exhibited in a space that was still under construction. Our contribution to the event was our Full Service Events Technology in the areas of lighting and sound. There was a live-painting event by artist Roman Lipski – plus DJs, a live-cooking event and a World Cup Lounge.

The Berlin-based company Roth & Sohn invited its clients and business partners to a get together in a stylish courtyard on Friedrichstraße – not far from Tacheles. We supported the event with our Full Service Events Technology in the areas of lighting and sound. There was a reception, several speeches and dancing: a traditional courtyard party with a relaxed atmosphere.

The E.DIS Netz invited 150 employees to a two-day information event held at Berlin’s Scandic Hotel. We helped with the event with our Full Service Events Technology in the areas of lighting and sound by equipping the location with speakers, video direction and other sound equipment. We additionally provided technical support onsite during the event.

Comedian Mario Barth invited his crew, friends and fans to an after-show party for his one-man show. The show itself took place in the Waldbühne Berlin – the after-show party was in the Olympia Park Clubhouse. We delivered the necessary equipment, set it up and broke it down, and also ran the equipment for the event.

The Berlin-based band Beatsteaks played two sold-out shows in Berlin’s Wuhlheide open-air amphitheater. On the final day, they invited crew, friends and fans to an after-show party. The Berlin-based band Seeed played three sold-out shows in the Berlin Waldbühne open-air amphitheater. On the final day, they invited crew, friends and fans to an after-show party in the nearby Havelstudios, located directly on the water behind the Waldbühne. We supported the event with our Full Service Events Technology in the areas of lighting and sound. Hip hop celebrities include DJ Harris played for the crowd.

The Rheinische Post newspaper for the Berlin parliament held its annual reception in the chic Clärchen’s Ballhaus in 2023. Attendees included luminaries from politics and journalism from all across Germany. The band Grupo Corcovado played live and DJ Ployceebell was on the decks afterwards. We supported the event with our Full Service Events Technology in the areas of lighting and sound. We’ve been handling this event since 2009 and love working for and with them.

The Visionaries Club hosted a tech and startup conference in the St. Elisabeth Church in the Berlin borough of Mitte. After the conference, many guests went to the closing event in the company’s offices on Brunnenstraße. Before the release of Daniel Caesar’s new album, Universal Music hosted an exclusive listening event for music journalists and influencers in the Michelberger Hotel. Universal Music chartered a party boat for employees for Berlin’s Christopher Street Day, the annual LGBTQI+ celebration. From 11 am to 1 pm the team sailed down the Spree river to Jannowitzbrücke to music from DJ Superzandy. There were snacks, drinks and a makeup area. After the boat trip, the entire team went to the start of the CSD parade on Leipziger Straße.

We’ve accompanied the three-year construction phase of the Stadtquartier AM TACHELES in the Berlin borough of Mitte with the realization of numerous events. During the Art Week 2022, the gallery Fotografiska Berlin hosted a kick-off event in a stylish courtyard on Friedrichstraße, not far from Tacheles, with more than a thousand invited guests. The Berlin-based Ziegert Bank and Real Estate Financing (Ziegert Group) presented its annual report at a brilliant reception in the vestibule of the Martin-Gropius-Bau – a world-renowned exhibition venue and museum in Berlin. Luxury glasses maker Ray-Ban hosted an influencer event launching their newest collection with DJs and live music in the Gallery Fragile in Berlin. The luxury brand Cartier invited customers to a cozy get together in their flagship store on Ku’damm in Berlin. Along with the relaxing atmosphere there was champagne, exquisite hors d’oeuvres from Berlin Cuisine, and music by DJ Schowi. The Media Tech Hub Potsdam hosted a conference in Potsdam-Babelsberg – two days of media technology with international experts, talks, case studies, workshops and much more. It was followed by an after-show party with music by DJ Clarice. We supported the event with our Full Service Events Technology in the areas of sound and lighting.

After the laying of the cornerstone, we also provided technical support for the topping-out ceremony of the building project “Wohnpanorama am Park” in Berlin. On location in Park am Gleisdreick, there were numerous speeches, a ribbon-cutting ceremony and builders, craftspeople, prospective buyers and marketers were able to get an overview of the building. For the topping-out ceremony of the “Am Generalshof” building project, the Ziegert Group hired us to run the equipment. To mark the 10th anniversary of Red Bull Music Studios Berlin, the music scene gathered in the legendary studios to celebrate a decade of creative energy. Artists, producers, influencers, and companions from the Red Bull community were invited to dance and party together until the early hours of the morning. One of the highlights of the evening was an exclusive live show by Luciano. The evening was accompanied by impressive lighting design by Andres Vollmer. Various DJ sets created a seamless transition between concert, party, and club atmosphere. On behalf of GET – Gehrke Event- und Tourmanagement, we were responsible for the sound technology and ambient lighting – ensuring rich sound, atmospheric lighting, and the perfect setting for an anniversary that perfectly reflected the spirit of the studios.

In June 2025, rapper MCFitti’s legendary Superspäti became the stage for the Lollapalooza Pop-up in Berlin. At the official pre-party, DJ duo The Ironix and Drag icon Yvonne Nightstand got the community in the mood for the festival – with beats, drinks and lots of goodies. In addition to free merch from 2024, there was a wheel of fortune with lots of cool goodies for ticket holders. phonux events provided technology rental: we supplied DJ and sound equipment, provided the perfect lighting and staged the merch collection. A full day of excitement for the Lollapalooza Festival at the Olympic Stadium.

In September 2024, the latest edition of Amex Life ON: A Culinary Quest took place at the Kantgaragenpalast in Berlin. In collaboration with Design Hotels, Oficina founders Zana Josipovic and Naiara Sabandar presented their visionary creativity and guided guests through a multi-sensory food design experience. phonux events provided the technology rental, delivery, set-up and dismantling to support the event perfectly. In summer 2024, we provided technical support for the ZALANDO X CONVERSE Rule Summer Days at three locations in Berlin—Potsdamer Platz, the RAW area and the Jules B-Part Café at Gleisdreieck. The latest sneakers and other cool looks were presented in a stylish Airstream trailer. Female artists performed great DJ sets and you could have your Converse items customized by individual artists. An incredible roadshow! Our support: sound technology, power supply and the provision of flight cases for decoration—on behalf of ABOUTKOKOMO.

The e-cigarette brand IQOS has staged several DJ events for its customers in its own stores across Germany. In Berlin, the events took place in the stores in the ALEXA Shopping Center and at Ku’damm. We provided the DJ equipment – including customized DJ table coverings. The booking agency “0711 Talents” booked the DJs for the events all over Germany. A fantastic event series with outstanding music!

The sportswear and footwear company Adidas opened a pop-up store for a year called Laundromat in the Berlin borough of Prenzlauer Berg. You can rent clothes there instead of buying them. The Berlin-based agency ABOUTKOKOMO managed the event with DJ Calypso on the decks. We provided the DJ booth and other sound equipment, delivered it, set it up and broke it all down.

Berlin’s luxury hotel Ritz Carlton hosted a New Year’s Party for hotel guests and other invited guests on New Year’s Eve 2023. DJ Clarice spun tunes for the bash, with dancing and celebrating ‘til the wee morning hours. We provided the DJ booth and other sound equipment, delivered it, set it up and broke it all down.

We’ve been supporting a wide variety of events at Berlin’s Adidas Original Flagship Store on Munzstraße with equipment for more than two years. Whether a product launch, influencer event or during Fête de la Musique – on behalf of the ABOUTKOKOMO agency, we provided DJ equipment, everything needed for live music and other sound equipment.

The Players Berlin agency invited actors and clients to an easygoing summer party in Café Einstein in the Berlin borough of Charlottenburg. DJ Schowi was on the decks. They rented the sound and lighting equipment from us and we delivered it, set it up and broke it down.

One of our clients celebrated his birthday with a large number of guests in the Humboldt Carré Berlin. Along with music by DJane and drag queen Gloria Viagra, there were also a number of speeches. He rented the DJ equipment, sound and lighting equipment for the event from us and we delivered it, set it up and broke it down. We pre-programmed fixed lighting moods and sound settings that the birthday party celebrants could then later control themselves.

Berlin’s first and only original New York slice shop, Magic John’s celebrated its second anniversary with a sidewalk party in front of the shop on Oranienburger Straße in the Berlin borough of Mitte.
